Vibha's world is full of ideas, possibilities and fascinating experiences that hone her into highly proficient design personnel. Her journey began with a degree in Interior Design, followed by years of hands-on experience working alongside renowned designers and craftsmen. Each project has been a learning opportunity, shaping her aesthetic sensibility and deepening her understanding of space, texture, and the subtle art of creating environments that resonate with those who inhabit them.

Bespoke Carpet & Art
For Vibha, carpets and art are inseparable expressions of design, crafted to define mood and narrative. Her carpets are a symphony of texture, weave, and hue—tailored to scale and setting—blending bold design with India’s rich craftsmanship, from palace suites to modern villas, including iconic works at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai banquets, Crystal Ballroom and Rendezvous. Extending this philosophy, Vibologist curates bespoke art as an integral layer of design, collaborating with renowned and emerging artists to commission authentic works that bring emotion, cultural depth, and exclusivity to every interior space.
Landscape Design
Vibha’s projects feature landscapes that flow seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. From expansive courtyards and terraces to intimate poolside gardens, she blends structure, planting, and art to create serene, sculptural environments that echo the architecture’s aesthetic. Working closely with skilled horticulturists, Vibha translates her global inspirations into living landscapes - drawing from the formal gardens of France and Italy, the landscapes of Rajasthan, the stepwells of Gujarat and the layered tropical gardens of South India. These influences are reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility, rooted in context and climate.Her approach extends to designing bespoke outdoor elements unique to each project, including custom planters in marble and FRP, indoor–outdoor rugs, architectural trellises, and signature outdoor furniture. Thoughtfully designed and site-specific, these elements bring texture, depth, and continuity to outdoor living - transforming landscapes into immersive extensions of the interior experience.
Sustainable materials for eco-friendly interiors
Being awarded Masters in Sustainable design from UNSW, Sydney - Vibha weaves the same into her design philosophy. Her eco-friendly approach blends conscious materials, mindful sourcing, and energy-efficient solutions to create interiors that are both refined and responsible. She prioritises natural finishes, recycled elements, and low-impact processes—selecting pieces that reduce waste while elevating comfort and elegance. From upholstery and soft furnishings crafted in upcycled poly-yarn fabrics to drapery and decor styled with long-lasting - every detail is chosen with intention.
Brand Building
Vibha approaches brand building as a layered, long-term process where identity, story, and experience are seamlessly aligned. Her work goes beyond visual language to decode a brand’s legacy, values, and cultural context, translating them into cohesive design systems that feel authentic, relevant, and enduring. From defining brand narratives and visual frameworks to shaping spatial expression and experiential touchpoints, Vibha ensures consistency across platforms and environments. Her collaborations with iconic hospitality brands such as the Taj reflect this sensitive approach, where heritage is respected, contemporary relevance is introduced, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to strengthen brand recall without diluting its essence. My Design Partnerships
It was a pleasure collaborating with Vibha Mehta during the lockdown on the styling at the Taj Mahal Palace - The Chambers. Despite the challenges of the time, the collaboration was seamless and inspiring. Vibha and her team at Kanchi thoughtfully curated every bespoke design elements from loose furniture upholstery, throw cushions, drapery, tie-backs to lampshades ensuring that each detail contributed to the larger narrative of the iconic space.
Collaborating with Vibha Mehta (Vibologist) in 2024 on the reimagining of Tiamo, our Italian restaurant, and the Lobby at Conrad Bengaluru was an exceptional experience. She brought a refined design sensibility, deep brand understanding, and a globally relevant aesthetic to every space. Vibha's holistic 360° approach spanning concept development, detailed 3D renderings, material boards, mock samples, and onsite reviews ensured clarity and confidence at every stage.

How & when do we get started?
If its a turn key project, the best time to connect is once the space is confirmed along with its brief.
If its a styling project [private home or hospitality] the time to connect would be once all services and hard finish works are completed.
What services do you offer?
Vibologist provides end-to-end interior design services, including concept development, space planning, material curation, bespoke furniture and décor, project coordination, and final styling—creating spaces that feel intentional, refined, and uniquely yours.
How long does a typical project take ?
Projects that are turn key interiors [under 2000 sq.ft] would typically take anywhere from 8-12 months from start to hand over.
Projects that are bespoke styling only would take 45-60 working days from start to hand over.
What is your design process like?
Our process includes project reiki, understanding the space and the requirements, followed upon by mood board creation, spatial planning, material selection, technical drawings, on-site coordination if required and final styling.
Can we work online through the Design process?
We definitely can work through online meeting platforms to get the initial design process initiated.
